I have a 5spd 91 z32 tt w/ a jwt stage 3 eprom upgrade w/ boost jets, 2-3/4" exhaust, downpipes and a single filter pop charger. After I put in the chip, i have always had to fully warm up the engine, turn it off, and then turn it back on for it to boost correctly (about 14 lbs on stock boost guage). I brought my car out after winter and cleaned the throttle body with throttle body cleaner. Now I have a high idle @ about 1300-1400 rpm's and from what i've read for the past week, i'm in safety boost. As I said i've been doing some reading on here so I grounded the wastegate solenoid to the plenum, still in safety boost. I've replaced the coolant temp sensor, still in safety boost. And, i've looked for a leaky or disconnected vaccuum line and I can't find one that looks to have a problem. I also only use 94 octane @ Sunoco or 93 octane @ Shell. From what i've done so far, what else could be the problem? This is really frustrating me and everthing that I search for on here is pretty vague. If anyone know of a right up on this please lead me to it or help me to the best of your knowledge. Thanks in advance.
